The Associate Vice Chancellors for Faculty Diversity and Equity are experienced campus leaders steering this effort through policy development, community building, and resources. They are available to Deans, Chairs, Search Committees, FEAs, and other faculty for guidance on issues related to diversity and equity.
Associate Vice Chancellor Natalia Molina
Dr. Molina is Professor of History and Urban Studies, and has been on the UC San Diego faculty since 2001.
Associate Vice Chancellor Mary Blair-Loy
Dr. Blair-Loy is Associate Professor of Sociology, and has been on the UC San Diego faculty since 2004.
