The Associate Vice Chancellors for Faculty Diversity and Equity are experienced campus leaders steering this effort through policy development, community building, and resources. Associate Vice Chancellor Natalia Molina
Dr. Molina is Professor of History and Urban Studies, and has been on the UC San Diego faculty since 2001.
